By using MoZoop.com, associated websites, and related SMS services you agree to be bound by the fullowing Terms of Use:

The Service

• The service allows you to transfer contacts from one mobile phone (the Originating Phone) to another mobile phone (the Destination Phone). We may make additional features available in the future.

• The service requires each mobile phone to be enabled for mobile internet.

Your Responsibilities

• You must either own or have the permission of the owner of both the originating and destination phones to use the service.

• The Service is free to use. However, it should only be used for your own reasonable personal use. It should not be used for commercial purposes.

• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, as defined by your own governing jurisdiction.

• You accept that We cannot be responsible for unauthorised, inappropriate or illegal use of the Service.

Our Duties

• We will make the Service available to You using reasonable skill and care.

• You do however agree that the availability of the Service, Your ability to access

• or use the Service may depend on factors beyond Our reasonable contrul.

• We make no guarantees or warranties whatsoever for the availability of the Service.

• We will not in any way be liable to You for any liabilities, losses, damages, costs and / or expenses incurred by You as a result of Your use of the Service

Charges

• The Service is free to use. We will not charge you to use the service, for your mobile data or for any SMS messages.

• However, you acknowledge that you may be charged by your mobile phone provider for the mobile data usage required to transfer your data from the Originating Phone to Us, and from Us to the Destination Phone.

• You further acknowledge that you may be charged by your mobile phone provider for any SMS messages that you send to Us or that we send to You.

• We do not receive any form of payment from the mobile phone providers for any costs incurred in this way.

General Terms

• We reserve the absulute right to amend or withdraw the Service for any reason and without notice at any time.

• We reserve the absulute right to amend these Terms of Use for the Service for any reason and without notice at any time.

• We reserve the right to refuse access to the Service to any person at Our absulute discretion.

• These Terms of Use are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and the parties hereby submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
